The College has educational and production workshops and laboratories equipped with modern equipment and inventory in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 07, 2012 No. 97 "On approval of standards for equipping organizations of technical and vocational education with equipment and furniture". Educational and production workshops are created in order to form a general and professional culture of students, create conditions for high-quality training in the profession, increase students' motivation for professional activity, assist students in preparing for educational and industrial classes, laboratory and practical classes, improve the quality of training and retraining of employees.

The educational and material base of the college, which is the basis for obtaining high-quality professional education, includes the following premises: a total of 44 classrooms, of which: 8 computer classrooms, an office of general education disciplines – 16, an office of general professional disciplines – 2 classrooms of special disciplines – 13, educational laboratories – 13, a photo studio – 2, a sports hall – 1, sports ground – 3.
